    Slow down, release stress, and experience meaningful rest.

    A regular practice of Yoga Nidra can aid in developing a more calm, harmonious way of being by helping us to realize and nurture our natural state of inner peace and bliss. You will come out of the practice feeling relaxed, restored, and radiant.

    Through consistent practice you are able to free yourself of tension, stress, worry, negative thoughts, feelings and more. And when you can let go of those things, you are able to come closer to your true nature - that which is calm, content, steady, and blissful.

    Yoga Nidra is typically done lying down in shavasana supported by pillows and blankets. If need be it can be done sitting up as well.

  • 1:1 AYURVEDIC LIFESTYLE CONSULTATION

    Ayurveda, the science of life, is a holistic approach to living a harmonious and balanced life. This sacred science is integrative in it’s approach - tending to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of a person. In Ayurveda no two people are the same, and what you require to live as your best self will be unique to you.

    In this 90 minute consultation, we’ll explore your current lifestyle, health challenges, exercise routines, stress triggers and more. We will take a collaborative approach to help you come to understand your nature and tendencies, as well empower you will the tools to live a happy and healthy life. Together we will create an attainable plan to subtlety and sustainably begin to change your life.

    You will be given personalized daily practices, routines, and suggestions to help cultivate your wellbeing. Through small daily changes you can transform your whole life! You many come to find the life you dream of living is within your reach.

    If you’ve been feeling stuck, off track, or just not your best self, a consultation can give you the simple wisdom , awareness and practices you need to return to living your best most joyful life.

  • 1:1 Ayurvedic Consultation and Month Long Support

    You will be given personalized practices, routines, and suggestions to help cultivate your wellbeing. Yoga Nidra is the primary meditation practice we will use. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra in combination with small daily lifestyle recommendations you can transform your whole life. You many come to find the life you dream of living is actually within your reach. And if you don’t know what that life looks like, that’s okay! You will begin to discover it.

    - Initial intake call (1.5 hr)

    - Weekly customized Yoga Nidra teachings and recordings, reflection work, and daily lifestyle recommendations

    - Working 1:1 allows us to adapt and try new options as we go – so we can find the best fit for you and your life

    - Weekly 30 minute check in phone or Zoom call – your time to share, ask questions and connect
